A prominent firm is seeking an attorney with 12+ years of experience in international trade for its Dallas or Houston office. The candidate will handle a wide range of trade issues for firm clients and must have both import and export regulatory and transactional experience. The ideal candidate would also have experience handling FCPA compliance, antidumping and countervailing duties, antiboycott compliance, embargo controls and customs matters. This is a partner level position and interested candidates should have some portable business.
